WHY I WROTE IT

I made the move myself and I did the whole thing myself. Not because I wanted the challenge, but because every source I found answered one piece and left the other twenty open.

It was not that the information did not exist. It was that nobody had put it in order. I lost weeks doing things in the wrong sequence, and some of that cost me real money.

So I wrote down the order. That is what this book is: not more information, the sequence.

- Liam Kade

WHAT IS INSIDE

The 20 chapters, in the order they happen

YOUR FREE BONUS, EXPLAINED

Why I am giving away a $29 product with the book

Because knowing how to do it is useless if you have not checked whether you should. The Scorecard is the step before the plan: it scores your situation across the six areas where relocations quietly succeed or fail, so you start the 90 days knowing what is solid and what needs work. Selling you the how-to without it always felt like handing someone a map and skipping the part where they check the car.

60 questions - 6 areas - a score out of 300 - about 20 minutes - $29 on its own

How to Move to Mexico in 90 Days

4.9 out of 5 from 20 ratings · Read all of them

FROM A READER WHO DECIDED NOT TO MOVE YET

It's very well written, clear, and incredibly practical without trying to push you in any one direction. The author lays out considerations, tradeoffs, and realities in a really honest way and lets you decide what's right for you. While we're not planning to make a permanent move at the moment, this book gave me so much to think about, including things I wouldn't have even known to consider otherwise.

Josiah K. · Verified Amazon review, 5 stars

I never thought I would ever be interested in relocating to Mexico in my retirement years because I thought it to be to difficult until I read Liam Kade's book. Now my wife and I are considering the possibility of moving.

Art G. · Verified Amazon review, 5 stars

If you're serious about moving to Mexico in the next few months and want facts over forum noise, this book is a terrific companion. Thorough, grounded, and genuinely encouraging.

BEFORE YOU BUY

This is not for everyone

GET IT IF

  • You are seriously considering Mexico in the next 6 to 18 months
  • You have read a lot already and still cannot tell what to do first
  • You want the honest tradeoffs, including how to leave if it does not work
  • You want one source in order instead of forty tabs open

SKIP IT IF

  • You are looking for a country to fantasize about, not a plan to follow
  • You want someone to promise you it will be easy or cheap
  • You have already moved and are settled in
  • You want legal, tax or immigration advice - this is educational, not professional counsel

QUESTIONS

The questions you are probably having

I have already read a hundred blogs and videos. Why this?

Because your problem is not missing information, it is that nobody put it in order. Twenty chapters, one author, one move, arranged in the sequence they have to happen - so you stop cross-referencing forty contradictory sources every time you hit a decision.

Is this the same book that is on Amazon?

Yes - the same 20 chapters, same author, in digital. Two differences: you get it instantly as a PDF instead of through Amazon, and it comes with the $29 Readiness Scorecard, which is not part of the Amazon listing.

Why is this one paid when the checklist was free?

They are different amounts of work. The checklist is a list of the right questions and it costs me nothing to give away. This is the manual, plus a scored assessment, built out of my own move and the 55 families I have walked through theirs.

How do I get it?

Instantly. Both PDFs arrive by email the moment your order goes through, and you can re-access them from your account any time. Open them in a real PDF reader so the interactive fields work.

What if I am not ready to decide anything yet?

Then the Scorecard is the more useful of the two files for you right now, and it is included. It is built to be able to tell you not yet, and to show you which areas need work first.

Can I get a refund?

No, all sales are final. Both files land in your hands the second you pay, which is exactly why everything about what is inside them is written on this page before you buy anything.

ADD TO YOUR ORDER

Two things people add once they have read the book

Optional. Skip them and the book still works on its own - these are just cheaper attached to this order than they are on their own pages.

Instant download. Both PDFs are interactive. All sales final.

The Scorecard can tell you not to move.

If that is what it says, you just avoided a relocation that was not yours to make, for less than the price of lunch. That is the whole point of doing this in the right order instead of finding out after the lease is signed.

There are no refunds, because both files land in your hands the moment you pay. That is exactly why everything that is inside them is written on this page before you buy anything.
